Jarrosay Candó, Malvis Control charts internal control sample Cartas de control muestra de control interno This paper focuses on obtaining Control Charts in the study of the process of characterization of nickeliferous samples, which as part of the internal quality control (CIC), has been carried out to ensure the control of the variability of this process, and allow the delivery of reliable analytical results. The essential results are the databases built on the characterization of the Internal Control Sample of nickeliferous ore and the Control Charts for the three independent variables studied (% Ni, % Co and% Fe). Implicitly, and in order to arrive at the results, it was necessary to study and graphically formalize the behavior of the measurements in the sense of adjusting the normality and frequency of the results of each variable. The information processing was carried out with the help of Statgraphics and Minitab systems. El presente trabajo centra su objetivo en la obtención de Cartas de Control en el estudio del proceso de caracterización de muestras niquelíferas, que como parte del control interno de la calidad (CIC), se ha realizado para asegurar el control de la variabilidad de este proceso y permitir la entrega de resultados analíticos confiables. Como resultados esenciales se presentan las bases de datos construidas en la caracterización de la Muestra de Control Interno de mineral niquelífero y las Cartas de Control para las tres variables independientes estudiadas (%Ni, %Co y %Fe). De manera implícita, y para llegar a los resultados, fue necesario estudiar y formalizar gráficamente el comportamiento de las mediciones en el sentido del ajuste de la normalidad y frecuencia de los resultados de cada variable. El procesamiento de la información fue realizado con la ayuda de los sistemas Statgraphics y Minitab.
