It was possible to get interesting information from the different places. In this report are compiled, for their later comparison, samples characteristic like color, texture, consistency, chemical composition and forming and accessory minerals, as well as gold purity, size and other characteristics with technological impact. This information was obtained from simple observation and by the use of light and electron microscopy as well as different analytical techniques. It was possible to get a better understanding of the mineral body and its potential behavior in a technological process. Attention was approached to the way in which gold particles appear and its mineral associations En el trabajo realizado en la segunda etapa de caracterización mineralógica de una veta aurífera, se contemplan resultados de varias salidas al campo, donde fueron seleccionadas diferentes muestras, las cuales son representativas para sus respectivos pozos de perforación, resumiéndolos en un total de 37 pozos con 86 muestras, aportándose información de interés dada su ubicación espacial. En el informe del trabajo se resumen, para su posterior comparación, datos mineralógicos de las muestras tales como su color, textura, consistencia, elementos y minerales formadores y accesorios, así como el grado de pureza que presenta el oro, sus dimensiones y otras características con impacto tecnológico. Esta información fue aportada tanto a partir del trabajo de terreno como por el uso de técnicas de Microscopia Óptica y Electrónica y diferentes análisis químicos. Se persigue como objetivo final establecer las características de clasificación para una mejor comprensión del cuerpo mineral y su potencial comportamiento en un proceso tecnológico, atendiendo la forma en que el oro se manifiesta y los minerales asociados a él.
