STUDY OF TECHNOLOGICAL SURVEILLANCE IN PATENTS: VINASSE IN THE EMPLOYMENT OF FERTILIZER

Abstract
This short study aims to demonstrate patent which has been the trend in technology for the production of fertilizer, employing in his formulation vinasse. The study was conducted using as indicator PATESCOPE data base, search engine WIPO and search engine ESPACENET Spain, both offices are internationally recognized, as published applications and patents worldwide. It showed that the trend in such technology is the use of stillage in fertilizers in most patents and applications found, this waste is treated by various methods to be used as fertilizer, specifically as granule, there being few patents employing vinasse directly as it leaves the distillery in these purposes.
